Contents:

The first 6 pages of this planner are dedicated big picture planning: passions, values, visions for your life and day-to-day, dreams, life goals, and a space to create a vision board.

The next 2 pages lay out your 1-year goals. You are asked to fill in 3 goals for each of the 8 life areas given.

Then comes a strategy page (pictured in part 7 of insert) to list the skills and habits you need to develop for your goals, the bad behaviors and habits you want to break, the people you need to spend more time with and the ones you to avoid.

There is a Daily Rituals section (pictured in part 7 of insert) to map out your morning and evening routines, write about what you are generally grateful for and your daily affirmations.

Next you choose three 3-month goals. For each goal you write out what the goal is, why you want it, what the reward will be if you achieve it and a list of 8 action steps you will take to accomplish it.

After each 3-month goal plan, are three monthly calendars with, you guessed it -- monthly goals! Four of them. And a place to plan things you will do for each of the 6 life areas listed.

Following each monthly calendar page is a place to for monthly reflections: assessing your progress, 3 lessons you have learned, and a life balance wheel exercise for you to decide which areas you lacked in for the month and why. Then you choose 3 things to improve for the next month and give action steps for each.

The weekly pages begin after all 56 pages of the monthly section. Each weekly layout is a 2-page spread. The first page contains the Month & Year, and space for each of the 7 days. The Saturday and Sunday sections are slightly smaller than the others.

The second page has a section for you to write out your main weekly goal (and what the reward will be if it is achieved), a habit tracker with space for 5 habits, a work to-do list, a personal to-do list, 3 wins for the week and 3 things you will do to improve next week. There is also a blank dot grid section (about 1/3 of the page), unlabled.

Four check boxes flank the bottom of the page to track whether or not you achieved your weekly goal, rewarded yourself, refreshed your vision and refreshed your goals.

There are 19 blank dot grid pages after the weekly pages.

Other Features

There are 3 bookmark ribbons, each a different color. There is also a pen holder and an expandable pouch on the back cover. An elastic band, meant to hold the book closed when not in use, is attached to the back cover.

My Experience:

I used this planner from August 17 to August 22. It was a replacement for one I had been using but wasn't working. The write-in dates allowed me the option to start using it during whichever week of whichever month I needed to.

Because I already had both long-terms and short-term goals I was actively working toward, I didn't use any of the goal-setting guides or do any of the monthly reflections. Honestly, I didn't have time to fill that all out:

I like to be able to see my entire week on one page. This planner has more packed into a weekly layout than I have ever seen, but it doesn't feel lacking for space.

This Week's Main Goal lets you highlight one task to give it urgency. I never took the time to plan rewards. Nor did I use the the bottom section to track my goal planning process.

Having the Habit Tracker on this page is convenient. You don't have to hunt for it in another part of your panner. I like that you have the option to change up the habits from one week to the next. I liked to use mine to track my homework hours.

The dot grid pages in the back were useful for breaking down larger projects:

Overall, this is a great little planner. To use it properly, I recommend purchasing yours at least one a month before you plan to start using it, so you can complete the goal-setting exercises without feeling rushed.
